Syed always writes with deep meaning, this was no different. I loved how some industries reflect on the mistakes made and how others use a blame culture. As a ex banker and now an educator I have seen both versions. Lets face it the blame culture only gets peoples backs up, people never learn and as a result more and more mistakes get made. Having an opportunity to reflect, admit what could have been improved at the time give us the opportunity to get it right for the next time and not make that same mistake.
People who want to bury their heads and blame others will never truly move on. This book proves that. If you like human nature books, understanding the physiology of people then you will enjoy this book.
