This was a good book to use as a reminder of what works for other people. There was also lots of encouragement from Bob along with real life stories from people he has either helped directly or from people who have been helped by those what have succeeded with Bob, paying it forward.
Most of the advice is common sense, and links to other books by Bob. These other books could be worth reading depending on your own goals, for me I will check them out at some point.
I like Bob Harper on The Biggest Loser, he is no nonsense but encouraging and always has a sense of gratitude when he is helping others. This book has the same tone and ethos.
