Nell McAndrew is a runner and has been for many years. This book was nicely laid out with hints and tips throughout. I liked how Nell used other peoples stories to back up what she was saying and to show that anyone can run if they want to. I liked to different race guides at the end, e.g. how to train for a 5k, 10k etc. I also liked the pacing guide at the back to show how quickly you would complete a race with your pace per mile. Nice information on injuries and clothing and some excellent pictures. A nice read.
